Iran grows more than 90% of the world’s saffron, and most of it comes from Khorasan, where cold winters and dry summers suit the crocus. The flowers are picked by hand in October and November, and the red stigmas are separated and dried within hours. How much of the yellow style stays attached decides the grade: Negin for the longest, all-red threads, Sargol for cut red tips, and Pushal for red stigma with a short yellow base. We supply all three directly from Khorasan, with an ISO 3632 lab report for every batch.
